In this clip, host Nate Caplin talks about QuickTime and MPEG-4. The settings are under the H.264 folder, and he discusses the video codecs available. He adds source files and takes a detailed look at the video compression settings available for MPEG-4 files and details the difference between the older MPEG-4 and h.264. He also covers the audio settings as well as defines hint tracks, options under the h.264 codec, and the choices available.
